CNC Throughfeed Drilling/routing MACHINE KDT KN-612 KHSA

The KDT KN-612 KHSA CNC automatic flow machine is an extremely productive CNC drilling and milling machine with three independent drilling heads for more efficient work and higher productivity and two milling units (5kW and 3.4 KW). The machine is equipped with two independent drilling heads with 18 + 18 drill bits on top and one drilling unit with 9 drill bits on the bottom.

A roller conveyor allows the workpieces to be automatically fed in and out of the machine. A QR scanner (Datalogic optics system) is mounted at the entrance, on a bracket. It automatically scans each piece and activates a specific workpiece processing program. This saves a lot of time and energy and significantly increases productivity.

The machine does not require any additional user activation during machining. Everything is automatic.

Processing capacity up to 210 workpieces/hour or 720 to 1680 workpieces per working shift (8h).

The upper drilling unit has their own integrated saw for grooving.

The machine is equipped with a pair of independent clamps and automatically detects holes to avoid clamps overgripping. The length of the clamps guides is 5500 mm for machining long pieces without clamps getting caught. Double air table for easier feed of workpieces, especially those with delicate surfaces. Double clamps for faster work and more precise gripping. Conveyor belt to move waste material out of the machine.

Clamps feed speed of 140 m/min, which is exceptional.

The machine is operated with the user-friendly KDT DrillTop software on a DELL mobile control unit with Windows environment. It is possible to connect the machine to software such as MegaTISCHLER, IMOS, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam and Solidworks.

The KDT DrilTop software is easy to use, graphically supported (CAD) and parametric. Machining simulation and working statistics are already included in the standard package.</
