Thoughfeed CNC processing machine KDT KD-610 HZ is a new type of NC drilling / routing machine for drilling, milling and sawing.
It is distinguished by two independent drilling units (20 + 9), which enable the processing of two workpieces at the same time, and a milling unit with automatic tool change.
One drill head is placed on the top, and one at the bottom (20 + 9 drills).
The lower drilling unit (9 drills) has smaller external dimensions, the lower work table has a smaller opening for maximum support of the workpiece during drilling and consequently greater accuracy.

Thoughfeed CNC processing machine KDT KD-610 HZ
The machine is easy to operate on a personal industrial PC with Windows environment and the user-friendly KDT DrillTop software. A barcode scanner is included for barcode work. The thoughfeed CNC processing machine KDT KN-610 HZ has ONLINE service enabled with TeamViewer. Programs can be created both on the machine and in the office. It is possible to connect the machine to programs such as MegaTISCHLER, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam and Solidworks. The software is easy to use, graphically supported and parametric.
The thoughfeed CNC processing machine KDT KD-610 HZ is equipped with the 5.5kW milling unit for grooves and cut-outs with automatic tool change and 5-position tool magazine. The machine also has one integrated 120 mm diameter slotting saw for the production of the back grooves.
The CNC machine is equipped with a pair of independent clamps and automatically re-grips the clamps according to the position of the holes. The length of the clamps guides is 5500 mm for machining long pieces without over gripping the clamps. The entry air table is for easier feed of workpieces, especially workpieces with delicate surfaces.
The double clamps are designed for faster work and more precise gripping. The conveyor belt is designed to feed the waste material out of the machine.
The thoughfeed CNC processing machine KDT KD-610 HZ is easy to use as it requires no mechanical set-up and, with the use of barcodes, does not require an experienced user directly on the machine.
